A Family of Five Bathrooms

Five bathrooms serve different needs throughout this extensively remodeled Encinitas home.

A Private Retreat

The primary bathroom was substantially reconfigured along with the bedroom and walk-in closet to make better use of the existing space. An expansive zero-entry shower anchors the room, with separate vanity areas providing individual counter space and storage.

Built for the Morning Rush

The upstairs hall bath is bright and practical, with a long vanity providing generous counter space and storage. The shower is tucked behind a glass enclosure, keeping the room visually open while giving this shared bathroom the durability and function it needs.

This bathroom was part of a much larger second-floor reorganization that retained five bedrooms, substantially reworked several existing rooms, and added an upstairs laundry.

Quietly Refined

The guest bathroom takes a warmer, more tailored approach. A furniture-style vanity and understated fixtures give the compact room character without making it feel busy.

Playful Powder Room

Relocating the first-floor powder room was one small piece of a much bigger space-planning puzzle. The entire first floor was reorganized, including moving the kitchen to the opposite side of the house and removing the secondary staircase to create a walk-in pantry. The finished powder room makes the most of its compact footprint, with a distinctive vanity and finishes that give this small space big personality.

Part of a Bigger Remodel

The bathrooms are one part of an extensive remodel that reworked how this Encinitas home functions.
