Additions and Home Remodeling
A successful home remodel starts with understanding what needs to change and how the existing house can work better for the way you live.
Think Beyond Adding Space. More square footage isn’t always the answer. Sometimes the biggest opportunities come from rethinking how the existing home works, what isn’t working, and where changes can make the biggest difference.
Look at the Whole House. Should you add on, reconfigure existing rooms, or do both? Structure, circulation, natural light, connections between spaces, and the way new construction meets the existing home all need to work together. Once those larger decisions take shape, the project can move forward with greater clarity.
Good judgment shaped every decision
A lot of good recommendations along the way as far as structure, tile layout ideas, plumbing, etc… Very meticulous with the tile especially. Always asked for my input during all phases of the remodel, then gave his own recommendations, before proceeding with the work. Will use him for our kitchen remodel next year.

Before You Build, Plan.
Project Development is the first phase of our integrated design-build process. Before construction begins, we work through the layout, priorities, constraints, selections, scope, and budget, using construction knowledge to inform the project as it develops.
Project Development represents a relatively small portion of the overall construction investment, but the work can have an outsized impact on the result. We discover better solutions, reduce the risk of expensive changes, and help you make informed decisions about where your investment matters most.
