Our client wanted to feel the calm of the coast without ever having to leave the luxury of their home. We’re thrilled to share our latest completed project – a full home renovation that brings the serenity of the coast indoors. Inspired by seaside tones and natural textures, this transformation is all about calm, comfort, and timeless style.

From spaces bathed in natural light to finishes that echo the beauty of the shoreline, every detail was designed in conjunction with our good friend Marcia Southwell at Southland Creative Design, with our client’s vision in mind – and we couldn’t be more proud of the result.

The Challenge

This 20 year old home had only been lightly updated ten years ago when our clients purchased it. With kids grown and this now their forever home, it was time to create some spaces that they loved.

The Solution

We started by creating a full color 3D model of the existing home and spaces. Combining that with our creative and in-depth interior design, space planning and selections process, we were able to help discover a the color palettes and design aesthetic that the client was dreaming of. Deep coastal blues, fixtures that hinted at a nautical theme, subtle texture and color variations and focused space planning provided beautiful functionality and increased storage while maintaining an open feel in the home.
